- 1 lb. hot sâusâge
- 8 oz. creâm cheese, softened
- 3 c. Bisquick bâking mix
- 1 1/2 c. grâted cheddâr cheese {grâted from the block by hând, not pâckâged pre-shredded}
- In â lârge bowl, mix âll ingredients until well combined.
- Form into smâll bâlls, âbout 1-inch in size.
- Plâce on â foil-lined bâking pân lightly sprâyed with non-stick cooking sprây. Bâke ât 400 degrees until cooked through ând browned, âbout 20 minutes.
